This book is a culmination of Stephanie Svarda’s personal writings and poems that have allowed her to express herself through severe, clinically diagnosed depression, anxiety, and PTSD. These poems were—and still to this day, are—a representation of a young woman who has been through the hell that is mental illness, but was brought through it by God’s grace.
